Postpunk band Kaspar Baum formed back in 2020 as a quarantine/studio project and has recorded three albums in their own Vuurland Studio (2021, 2024, 2025). Singer Erny Green was part of the early eighties and is currently making waves as the vocalist for Joy Division Undercover, an international live act that sells out larger club venues in the Netherlands and Germany.
Think of Fontaines DC meets Joy Division meets Stooges meets The Cure. Live the band is a “must-see” due to the high intensity and the wealth of experience of the four band members.
Kaspar Baum doesn’t seem like a hit factory at first listen, but once you get the songs stuck in your head, you’ll be carrying them around all day.
